CEO and Founder
For the past 27 years Robert and The ICN Group has been involved in all facets of the IT distribution and reseller channels. Robert and The ICN Group was one of the first medallion holders of an IBM dealer in the early 80’s. He was the Vice President of Operations of one of the original IBM, Compaq Computer Corporation and Apple computer dealer in the Western United States. He then became the President of one of the first 5 “exclusive” Sony computer product distributors in the United States which he sold in the mid 80’s.
He then founded Tamco, one of the largest and most respected major market Manufactures Representative organizations in the US which he ran until the late 90’s. He then was a founding partner in TEMCO; an event incubation and production company that was the creator of two prominent reseller and end user channel events and was subsequently sold to the Vision Events Group of the Gartner Group.
Robert and The ICN Group then became the Executive Director of NASBA – The Association of Channel Resellers, which he still heads today as part of his ICN group of companies. He currently owns many high tech and non-high tech companies and is active in the local Newport Beach community.
